A Story Rooted in Motherhood & Survival

Hi, I'm Meghan - a mom, wife, Gigi, creator, and the heart behind Holy Cow Creative. 

This business didn't being as a brand. It began in survival mode. 

Like so many mothers, I spent years holding everything together. Managing responsibilities, caring for everyone else, pushing through exhaustion, and telling myself I'd rest or heal later. Life moved fast, and trauma didn't wait for a convenient moment to show up. I didn't always have the language for what I was experiencing, but I knew I was living in constant state of doing, fixing and surviving. 

Creativity became my lifeline before I ever realized it was healing. Journaling, writing, reflecting; these weren't hobbies. They were how I processed grief, stress, motherhood, and the parts of my story I didn't yet know how to say out loud. It was never about making something perfect. It was about making sense of what I was carrying. 

Overtime, I realized something important: I wasn't alone. So many of us are navigating motherhood, trauma loss, and everyday life while quietly staying in survival mode, showing up, functioning, and feeling seen. Holy Cow Creative grew from that realization. It became space created by a mom, for people who are learning how to move from surviving to healing, one honest moment at a time. 

This brand rooted in motherhood and build on the belief that healing doesn't require having it all figured out. It requires space, honesty, and permission to tell the truth about where you are. Through journals, creative tools, reflective prompts, and shared stories. Holy Cow Creative exists to support healing out loud; not in isolation, not in shame, and not in silence. 

Then came TikTok — something I never expected to become such a meaningful part of this journey. What started as a hesitant videos and nervous conversations turned into connection, community, and shared understanding. Showing up authentically opened the door for others to do the same. Stories were shared. Survival mode was named. Healing felt possible. 

Beyond all of this, I'm still a mom first. I'm learning, growing, and honoring every version of myself along the way. My life is shaped by family, love, laughter, and the understanding that healing isn't linear. It is real, and it is worth making space for. 

Holy Cow Creative is more than a business. It's a reminder that your story matters, your survival deserves compassion, and your healing doesn't have to be quiet.
