Merch and Apparel 🐮

Who makes and ships my Holy Cow Creative merch?

All of our physical products are created through Printify, a trusted third-party production partner. Each item is made-to-order, meaning your merch is printed and shipped directly from the production center closest to you. This helps reduce waste and delivery time! 

How long does shipping take?

·       Production time: 2–5 business days

·       Delivery time (U.S.): 7–10 business days on average

Please note: Shipping times can vary during the holiday season 

Will my order arrive all at once? 

Not always. If you order multiple items, they may come from different Printify partners. Each item will arrive in its own package with its own tracking number. 

Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every item is made to order, returns/exchanges are only accepted for damaged or misprinted items.
If there’s an issue, please email support@holycowcreativeco.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and a clear photo of the problem

Why does my shipping confirmation say “Printify”?

Printify handles our printing and fulfillment — I design the magic, and they bring it to life.

 

Digital Downloads & PDF Products 📄

How will I receive my digital item? 

Once your purchase is complete, your PDF or digital file will be sent instantly! You will see a download link right on your confirmation page, and you will also receive an email with your file(s) attached or linked for easy access.

Do I get a physical copy in the mail? 

No!  All digital products are download-only. You can print them at home, upload them to your tablet, or keep them as digital files for personal reflection. 

Can I re-download my files later? 

Yes! As long as you have your purchase email, you can re-download your files anytime. Your digital purchases are tied to your email receipt. 

Can I share my digital files with others? 

These products are for personal use only. Please do not share, redistribute, or resell the files. Every purchase supports this small creative business.
